We've been here for over 3mths now...honestly we hav nt really covered the whole of Bahrain...Today finally a glimpse of the other part of Bahrain tat we've nvr seen b4 otw 2 Al-Jazayahir beach...Weathers's chilly but nice & d boys enjoyed d outin very much thanx 2 our Singapore frenz...

BBQs have always been fun being it in Singapore or in Bahrain...Went over 2 a frenz plc where we had BBQ wif a few Singaporeans sum of whom r familiar faces like Khairuddin frm Suria & unexpectedly my kuz fren Mel...a small world indeed! Again another gathering wif delicious food & excellent company!

Normally every mornin is a mad rush 4 me...gotta wake-up 5am in d mornin, fix lunch-box 4 d boyz & hubs, wake d boyz up 4 sch...get em ready, make their breakfast & even after everythin we wld stil rush dwn 4 d bus when it horned...today d same routine but sumhow boyz r extremely gd so manage 2 catch em on my cam wif their sch U...

I cook chicken rice today...

My boys r really fussy on food...it shld'nt b spicy, shld'nt hav chilli, shld'nt b red & d list goes on...Basically menu 4 em is rice, fried chicken, kicap manis cap kipas udang...trima kasih penghantar stok dari sg...nuggets, soups, lemak tats it...so every once in a while they'll c their mama cook chicken rice & i'm glad 2 c tat face of glee everytime I serve it 2 em...

Don ask me why we went to Ritz 4 breakfast...It's early we snd d kids 2 sch...most of d shops servin breakfast are not yet open ( lame xcuse...hehehe ) so to The Ritz Charlton Bahrain we went...breakfast was good...d $$$ oso must py many many...but oklah once in a while...  ...sori no pics of me & hubs coz face really nt so camera friendly tat dy!!!

We had a gathering wif Senior Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Zainul Abidin Rasheed at The Ritz Charlton Bahrain today...All Singapore citizens & PRs r invited...Much 2 my delight of coz gettin 2 noe other expats frm sg...sum of which hav been in Bahrain 4 s long s 17yrs...It's really n eye-opener s u gt 2 c d diff pple frm diff career paths...I made more frenz den i did when i'm in sg...Sum pics 2 share!!!

Malaysian Food Fest organise by the M'sian Embassy held at d Golden Tulip Hotel...My reviews is satisfactory...No comments 2 tat coz i cld'nt really find d stuff tat i 1 2 eat...*sigh*...anyway we hd fun juz a couple of frenz sittin dwn havin dinner listenin 2 d soothin sounds of gamelan...real nice they played songs like cindai, sri mersing etc...nt my favs but really sumthin tat's so familiar n nice 2 hear...

My 1st mornin sessions wif other expat ladies went really well...thanx liza 4 bringin me there...most of em r frm m'sia, another lady frm UK, me frm sg & of coz d host Sulis frm Indo but i tink she's Sg PR nt sure abt tat thou...Myra tot us how 2 make Tiramisu...did'nt noe tat its so ez 2 make...hehehe...Mama if ur readin tis can i actually dip in chocolate instead of kofi coz me nt really a kofi fan???...so sum pics of d potluck we hd...

Well for starters thanx 2 my friends whom i gt 2 noe in Bahrain & we've grown close ever since...went to The Ritz Charlton Bahrain 2 c fireworks launchin d sun racing car stuff...Simply fascination when u c d lights shoot up & then disperse into stars in d sky...Awesome!!!...I hav seen fireworks b4 bck in sg but nvr like tis, nvr so close...d boyz actuallly step bck a lil coz they tot d fireworks r goin 2 fall on top of em...hehehe tat close...d kids hd ice-cream & d parents hd sum chit-chat over kofi while waitin 4 d fireworks 2 start...after tat we were actually invited 2 d feast as my friend's co. is d party organiser..Yummy d best chicken kebab & watermelon juice I've ever tasted oh well at least when i'm here...
